ValueLink Appraisal Management Software allows you to submit your appraisal reports directly to the UCDP. The system is integrated with Pathway (by Veros Real Estate Solutions), which offers a robust and reliable link to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) that allows our clients to submit orders directly to the platform without leaving the system.

Not only does this save time and effort, but it also ensures that all Uniform Collateral Data Portal-related events are included in the audit trail for the orders and centralizes all appraisal order information in one location. Once your credentials are set up in ValueLink, submitting reports to the Uniform Collateral Data Portalis as simple as clicking on a button.

Simple Setup Procedure

All you need to do is to mail your organization’s GSE Seller Number(s), UCDP Direct Integration User ID, and the Business Unit Number(s) on info@valuelinksoftware.com. Lender Agents must submit a Business Unit Number for each lender they work with. Once we have received this information, we will set up your Uniform Collateral Data Portal submissions in your ValueLink AMS account within 24 hours.

If you are not sure about how to provide us with this information, please follow the steps below:

• You must be registered in the UCDP. Lenders get a direct profile in the Uniform Collateral Data Portal, while appraisal management companies are required to register as a Lender Agent in the UCDP. Click here to get started
• Once registered, you will need to obtain UCDP Direct Integration Credentials for your organization. Click here for details on how to enable direct integration.
• Email your organization’s GSE Seller Number(s), UCDP Direct Integration User ID, and Business Unit Number(s) to info@valuelinksoftware.com. Lender Agents must submit a Business Unit Number for each lender they work with.

Once we have received this information, we will add it to your ValueLink AMS account within 24 hours, and you should be ready to submit orders directly to the UCDP.
